Recurring theme for pro-capitalism rhetoric

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think anyone mentioned Utopia. However labelling any form of attempt to outline a more equitable society as "Utopian", seems to be a recurring theme in pro-capitalist rhetoric. Predictable also is the flimsy attempt to explain the failures of 'socialism', as merely a result of the human tendency to seek out power, wealth and dominance over others. Perhaps you have access to secrets which have eluded scientists and philosophers for centuries alike in their never-ending quest for answers to the question of human nature. If you can successfully enlighten us as to how you can unequivocally conclude that humans are by nature selfish, then perhaps you would go some distance in officially proclaiming the success once and for all of capitalism as the only true ideology by which modern society can successfully exist.
