: In my experience, the most heinous crime McDonald's is guilty of is the wanton destruction of civility on a global scale. Discourteous and unintelligent workers are greatly challenged by the monumental task of constructing a formulamatic hamburger. They shouldn't be sued for providing their product, but they should be boycotted for their service. On the other hand, their Sausage McMuffin ain't half bad!

Like many small business employers, McDonald's can only employ those that apply. Perhaps their employees are more a testament to USA society, our level of work force, our social welfare system, etc. Yes, I am sure they could improve service buy paying $10.00 per hour, but then do you want to pay that much more for a hamburger in order to receive improved service? If you have the answer, complete an application or give one to someone you know. It's easy to whine and complain, but let's have some solution.
