I wouldn't make them change their name, but DEFINETLY loose the upside down golden arches. That IS a copyright infringement. EVERY BUSINESS has these in place, sir...so people can't deface the logo, etc... McDonald's copyrighted it, and this man had NO right to use it in a mocking way to drive in business. Good for Mickey D's.: As for their idea of a copyright infringement ? What a crock! I can take a : leak in the snow, make some golden arches and is that a copyright infringement ? I'd love to see McDonald's take me to court on that ! Oh, get off it. : McDonald's deserves what they got coming to them and this story is just a part : of it. They didn't even have to be angry about it but since the corporate : bully mentality is so rampant in their heads they had to go after such a : small hamburger stand to inflate their egos'. For what the McDonald's : corporation did to McWank's and Watson Lake they can go to hell. I think that's a bit harsh, don't you?!?
