I wouldn't make them change their name, but DEFINETLY loose the upside down golden arches. That IS a copyright infringement. EVERY BUSINESS has these in place, sir...so people can't deface the logo, etc... McDonald's copyrighted it, and this man had NO right to use it in a mocking way to drive in business. Good for Mickey D's.
