: In the United Kingdom, all McDonald Restaurants (can you really call it a restaurant?? Well they do over in the UK!!) provide nutritional data sheets on their food products and the data sheets are designed to make MCds look really healthy - WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP.Please explain how McDonalds makes their food look healthy on their nutritional data sheets. Are you saying that they lie about the nutritional values on these charts or just make their food look good by using good graphics. The charts here in the U.S. are pretty plain and straightforward, and I don't see any differences between what they list (as in fat content, calories) and what certain health publications do. Anyone with a brain and the ability to read should be able to make a decision as to what are the best nutritional choices on the menu( and yes their are some). Also the restaurants I have been in are more than willing to make changes in a sandwich(like leaving off the cheese and leaving off the mayo).
