It is not true that McD's never acknowledges the McDonald Brothers.
Read their websight! I don't have the address handy right now, but
your browser should list it at or near the top. I didn't know the chain
was named after any real people until I looked at that site.
As for Ray Kroc himself, I never knew him, so I cannot judge what his
motives were. Could be he really did care for his customers and employees,
and made sure both groups were both well-taken care of. Or it is possible
he was just an opportunist in it only for the money, not giving a damn
about customers or employees. Who's to say for sure?
