Why I hate Junk Beef

Lord knows I'm not a socialist or a vegitarian, but after working in a slaughter house a few years back, I vowed never to eat hamburger again. Junk beef is what it is; scrape whatever entrails are left after cuting off any decsent meat and throw it in the grinder. Almost the whole caw (except parts on intestine if its cut well) ends up in these patties. Its awlful and I'm glad I no longer have to do such bloody work. I'm sure the managers are glad they now have an endless supply of illegal immagrants to do the work in my place.

I always find it strange how people on the coasts get a kick out of rolling down thier windows and "moo"ing at cattle as they drive past a ranch. They obviously have delusions of where meat comes from.
