American capitalism provides different jobs for this labor segment

Gideon, your employment documentation is undoubtedly valid. However, McDonald's would gladly hire the 21-50 year olds if they would apply. It's great that American capitalism provides different jobs for this labor segment, but nevertheless, there is no conspiracy to hire only young or old workers. I am sure any "starting wage" employer would love to have the talent of all ages, genders, cultures, etc. of workers who want to work, are productive, cooperative, reliable and polite.
