Hey Bacon Double,I say to all those McD's employees who hate working there and have legit reasons go to work at BK. Its a cool place to work. Im working for my 3rd franchise and although the first two weren't perfect I still loved it. If ya live in Michigan, Ohio, North Carolina, NY, or SC try to get hired at a Carrols Co. BK. Its the biggest BK franchiser in the US and its also the best of the 3 Ive worked for.
I know that ya'll are not just blowing smoke about bad managers cause Ive had some rotten, evil managers but we are all not like that. Ive you're anti management here's a message for you: Grow Up! cause unless you plan on owning your own business someone is gonna be your boss. I guess maybe Im different from others cause I can generally get along with everyone. I had a RM who everyone disliked and he was my closest friend.
Anyways life is to short to bitch and moan and be upset all the time. Be happy and live life to the fullest and try to enjoy what you do for work.
I for one love my job but have just started the first day of 3 days off in a row so Im probably feeling over-happy right now!!!!!!
