: Can anyone tell me how I can get hold of nutritional and ingredients information in McDonalds food

You can find out some nutritional information about McDonald's food from some fat conter books. For instance in "The Complete & Up-To Date Fat Book" by Karen J. Bellerson, all McDonald's foods are listed for fat grams, total calories, and % of fat from calories. Did you know that a McChicken sandwich has 30 grams of fat but a McGrilled Chicken Classic Sandwich (without dressing) has only 4 grams of fat? Weird, eh? Anyhow, any really good fat counter book should help you. Good luck.
