You're ready to split based on what you've heard?

: Our store was recently bought out by the Company, much to the dismay of those working there. We are a relatively close crew and there is rumors that all management is being replaced. I think that is totally unfair, especially since they have no idea how our store has been run. The Company hasn't asked any of us our opinion, but I guess that doesn't matter as much as their profit margin.
: As far as I'm concerned the Company can kiss my ass. I'm not working for them.

So you've heard some rumors, and you're fixing to quit. Why don't you wait and see what happens first. Surprisingly, there may be no changes period. Now if word has it that everyone, including all crew is going to be replaced, then yes it makes since to start looking at other places (Make sure you've landed the new job before you resign.).

But even if the management is replaced, well things are not always going to go your way. I've lost track of all the supervisors I've had in the nearly nine years I've worked for the bank. Two favorite supervisors of mine were transferred to other duties (one to systems programming, another put in for, and was granted, a transfer to Marketing.). That's just the way it goes.

And has it occurred to you that the Company might need your managers' experience to shape up a store or two that is "in the red" and has other problems (including code violations)? Perhaps the Company is transferring people who have been recently promoted to higher positions to your store...and they may be just as cool as the previous management.

To close this, chill out, and see what happens first.
