DIRTY DIAPERS AT MCDONALD'S

I have documented 4 instances of changing dirty diapers on the dining tables at McDonald's. In one instance, I complained to the parents and they laughed at me. When I confronted management about it, he stated that "It was an emergency!" Does this behavior bother anyone or am I alone? email me if you have seen this disgusting display.
