Dee Isner has posted CEO Jack Greenburg's address in this room quite a few times. Since this room has really filled up recently (over 610K!!!), you might have to go down quite a few to find those posts.
It wouldn't hurt for the regional offices to set up email addresses or phone numbers (manned by REAL people!) for dissatisfied customers to register their complaints. Cause something tells me this Jack guy doesn't give a shit. I know there is no email address for comments in the official McDonald's website.
More than once I wanted to turn in the McDonald's at the Bedford Wal-Mart. The staff there has caught the Wal's "We don't give a shit!" attitude.
