Thanks for bringing this up - not that I will be frequenting this arena
much, but I saw a report on TV this evening on a major US TV Network regarding the McSpotlight issue, and searched the web.Yes I do agree that things are screwed up many times for many companies, but that's why there screwed up. There are LOTS of people who work for McD's, and weather it's the person who washes the floor after close-up or the executive at the companies highest level, there is always a chance to screw up. The larger the company, the larger chance for screw up. Too many hands in the soup.
People will always eat whatever they feel they want. We can not judge that right or wrong. We can inform of facts and if you're given the chance to express your knowledge on a topic, do so.
