How will socialism fix these problems?

OK, so we have a problem at that store. It seems to me the top dog there
needs to be horsewhipped and fired by the District Manager. Don't blame
the entire company over one [VERY] irresponsibally run store. See if you
can get information on contacting the district office. Regarding your ani-capitalism stance, can you give me an example on
how socialism has succeeded where capitalism has allegedly failed? The
examples I'm given show that socialism sucks! The way socialism has
screwed things up, it is my understanding that a lot of people in England
and Canada want it stopped.
