- Multinationals -Pepsi and student union pressure
I thought it was interesting to see, that posters were placed in the main University bar a couple of weeks ago, proudly proclaiming Pepsi pulling out of Burma due to Student Union pressure. Its a shame that the posters were in a bar serving Pepsi or Diet Pepsi (at least for the past three years)! So much for the solidarity of the Student Unions eh? None.
