The fate of the Arch Deluxe

Has anyone heard about corporate getting rid of the Arch? That's the rummer. Does anyone have any more information on this rather disturbing issue? Also, what's up with the Quarter LT (aka: McWhopper)? Can't they think of something original? And are beannie babies really coming back (say it ain't so)?
