Not everyone has the communication skills and ability to 'find a better job', by the law of numbers there are great jobs for some, not all.

On McDonalds pay, you have a hard time making ends meet. You're hired and fired on the whim of yes-men managers, who are so insecure this is the only perverted way they can exercise any power.

All stores and restaurants should be made to post the pay of the lowest paid member of staff prominently at the entrance, then people could decide for themselves whether they want to patronize exploitative organizations.
