Webster's History : Version 0.17

There are no major changes in this version as it's mainly bug fixes. However it has been entirely reorganised internally to allow things like printing and frames to be added. This is why it is ONLY available as an upgrade.

Bug fixes

1. Tables now support percentage based widths for the table as a whole and individual cells.
2. Aribitary length captions for tables are now supported.
3. The <listing> and </listing> tags now work again.
4. Textareas should update faster, also you can't accedently delete all the lines in the area and cause a crash.
5. Added some more & values, like &Dstrok; (Đ).
6. Fixed minor decoding bug in tables that caused extra zero height cell to be drawn when spaces appeared in an unexpected place.
7. Added support for the Global Clipboard as in Application Note 240.
