Dance World 1996 will be held at the Wembley Conference and Exhibition Centre between 17th and 19th May 1996.

41st National Student Drama Festival judges performances from now to 27Feb96. Main event is 27Mar to 3Apr in Scarborough. (0181 883 4586)
Southport International Playwriting Festival. SIPFest is to be held in the main auditorium of the Southport Arts Centre from the 22nd to the 27th April 1996 and any amateur or semi-professional group may apply to perform.
Edinburgh Fringe: runs 11 Aug to 31 Aug. The Edinburgh tattoo runs 2 Aug to 24 Aug.

London International Mime Festival, January
BT Biennial 1995. Every two years BT sponsor a play which receives its first performance all around the UK on the same night by numerous clubs. 0171 223 7950 for more details. In 1993 the production was Shakespeare Country by Peter Whelan. The 1995 production was Nasty Neighbours by Debbie Isitt and over 100 simultaneous opening nights were held on 21Oct.
