There are several methods used for inserting objects into a project. In particular you are allowed to insert an OLE object.
To insert the OLE object:
1. Select the design you are going to insert the OLE object into.
2. Choose the Insert-->Insert New Object command. The editor opens the Insert Object dialog.

The items of the Insert Object dialog have the following meaning:
Create New: |
Select this option if you want to create a new object. |
Create from file: |
Select this option if you want to create an object from a file. |
Object Type: |
From this list select the object type you want to use for creating an object. There are several object types: Bitmap Image, Media Clip, Microsoft Excel chart etc. |
Result: |
Displays the text describing what will be done for selected object type. |
3. Specify the object type or file from which the object will be created. If you select the Create from file option, the appearance of the Insert Object dialog is changed. It looks like the one shown in the example below.

4. Click the OK button. The new OLE object is inserted into the active design so that it becomes visible. The new object is activated. If the bitmap object is selected the system inserts it into the Work Area as shown in the example below..
