Printing Projects

When working with the application you are allowed to print labels on the special papers for sticking onto a CD, inserting into a CD jewel etc.

To print labels in the project:

1. Do one of the following:

-- Select Print from the File menu,

-- Click on the Standard Toolbar.

The Printing Plug-in 4.0 dialog is displayed.

Papers:

Here you are allowed to select one of available paper types.

Preview area:

Displays the labels you are going to print.

Hint:

In this box the application displays the hint while the pointer of your mouse is moving across the dialog items.

Name:

From this combo box select the name of the printer device.

Status:

Displays the current status of the selected device.

Type:

Displays the type of the device you have selected.

Where:

The application displays the location of the selected device.

Comment:

Displays a comment describing the selected device.

Settings:

When clicked displays the standard printer settings dialog, which allows you to fine tune your device. For example, you can specify parameters such as paper size, image quality and orientation.

Calibrate:

When clicked displays the Printer Calibration dialog, which allows you to calibrate your printer.

Paper name:

Displays the name of the paper type you select in the Papers bar.

Number of copies:

Here you have to enter the number of copies to be printed.

Print:

When clicked prints the currently selected paper.

2. Fill in the dialog items in accordance with the description presented above, perform the Printer Calibration (if required) and click Print. The selected label version(s) will be printed according to the specified parameters.
