When clicked the webcam begins recording.
When clicked the webcam is paused.
When you select the Webcam tab, the application connects to plugged-in web cam and displays images as a video stream from it. If no video is available, the preview placeholder contains the default image (or is empty).

To get an image from the webcam:
1. Select the Webcam tab on the Get External Picture dialog. The application connects to plugged-in webcam and the image placeholder shows a live feed.
2. To pause the feed you can click .
The application stops recording. Click
to resume recording.
3. When you will be satisfied with the video image, click OK. The system inserts currently displayed image into the Work Area.
