OBJECT:  Play the entire deck onto the piles.

Play Cards onto empty piles, or onto a previously
played card, matching by number or color.

WILD CARDS may be played anywhere.

Every Card played scores the pile value.  Playing a
number match increases the pile value.

BONUS POINTS awarded for leaving a pile empty at
the end of a round, and for any unplayed Wild Cards.
