Modifying the parameters

      • To run the editor manually, go into the directory /usr/upsman/umeditor and enter the command ./umed

      Configuration displays should appear allowing you to configure the general parameters of Solution-Pac / WAN components that you have installed. Choose following screen to configure UM-Client :

      The configuration screen allows you to configure the following parameters:

      Agent IP address (Check carefully this parameter value)

      Community Name

      Automatic startup

      Delay after boot

      Shutdown duration

      Shutdown timer

      Grace period

      Shutdown if on Bypass

      Shutdown if Battery fault

      Interval between messages

      Broadcast

      VA Rating

      Switchable plug

      Receptacle number
