PEPPERMINT
HERB TEA
One of the most refreshing pick-me-up herb teas. Especially if made with freshly picked leaves. Use one or two sprigs per cup. Pour on boiling water and let stand 5-10 minutes depending on how strong you like it.
HEALTH
The fresh tea is a digestive aid for the relief of dyspepsia, flatulence and nausea.
FOOD
Add to desserts - especially those based on chocolate.

Spreading prostrate perennial. Roots may need containing.
