BUILDING PLAN AREA TAALOVAARA

The distance between the building plan area and the KittilΣ village is about 15 kilometres and between the plan area and airport about 11 kilometres. The Levi resort is about 10 kilometres away from the plan area; the ski lift car goes to and from every hour.

The surroundings offer you:
- downhill skiing and cross-country skiing services with ski slopes and maintained skiing tracks, hotel and spa establishment services
- snowmobile routes
- excellent possibilities for hiking

The plan area will have asphalted roads (finishing work will be finalized in 1996), electricity network and TV cable network, water and sewer system (connection fee 220 FIM /plan-m2)
