The LPTI.tar file contains the tar image of the TCP/IP utility for UNIX
systems.  To restore the LPTI.tar file, do the following:

1. Copy the LPTI.tar file to your hard disk.
2. Transfer the LPTI.tar to your UNIX system via FTP.  Be careful that the
   fransfer mode must be BINARY.
3. Extract the original files from LPTI.tar by:
     tar xvf LPTI.tar

   This step will create a LPTI sub directory.
