Usage Notes:

BBJ Demo Version 4.0 contains all of the functionality 
of the registered version with the following exceptions:

1. The number of decks can't be changed and is set to one.
2. The game is played face up.  The registered version has 
   the option to play a face down game.
3. The betting tutor is disabled.
4. The demo version uses web-based on-line help only.
