How to enable the permanent scan (Files / Internet / Lotus Notes - Advanced)
Note: certain options are only available depending on the product purchased and the
operating system configuration. For more information, see Differences between versions.
The area scan by means of the file/Internet/Lotus Notes permanent is accessed
through the Permanent option in the Go to menu. You can also access the area by using the Panda Antivirus 6.0 Platinum bar.
To enable the file/Internet/Lotus Notes permanent scan, check the Enabled option in the Permanent status section. From that moment on, the file/Internet/Lotus Notes permanent will
monitor all the file-related operations which are performed in the computer, thus
preventing it from being infected.
In the Permanent section, the report on the activity of the file permanent is displayed. All
the events which are related to the work of the permanent will be progressively
recorded in this file.
