   Mendelson, a Pediatrician for nearly 30 years, and Lottie Mendelson, a
   Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a Masters Degree in Nursing Education.
   The Mendelsons also served as editors and advisors on the general content
   of the disc, and in developing the Resource List.
