The Money Help tools are easy to find, easy to use, and designed to help you manage, track, and plan your finances as quickly as possible. They also help you learn more about personal finance in general.

Get Help as you go

Help window Wherever you go in Money, Help is always your right-hand assistant. That is, the Help window is always open on the right side of your Money screen (see Figure 1-15). If it isnÆt, just click the Help icon in the upper-right corner. Click Contents to see the full list of available Help topics. Click Find to search on a word or phrase.
Help for this Page As you move from page to page in Money, the Help window presents a list of five topics related to the current page. Click any topic to learn more about a concept or get help with a procedure.
Ask Money Anytime you want to find a specific Help topic, just Ask Moneyùin your own words. Type your question in the Ask Money box at the bottom of the Help window, and then click Search. A list of topics related to your question appears in the Help window.
Audio Help An audio guide plays automatically the first time you visit any page. This helps you orient yourself to the various pages and how to work with them. Later on, if you still want to hear the audio, click Options on the Tools menu, and then click Reset Audio Help on the General tab.
Video Help MoneyÆs videos demonstrate key tasks and introduce you to new ways to use Money. YouÆll find them sprinkled throughout the Money pages and the Help topics. If you see the video icon in a Help topic, click it to play a related video. YouÆll find all videos listed on the Money Help menu.
Troubleshooting A series of troubleshooting topics anticipate problems and help you solve them. Type your question in the Ask Money box. Or, click Contents, and then click Troubleshooting.
Money Tips Hints for working more effectively with the online banking features appear on the online banking pages. Read the information in the Money Tips box, and click provided links.
Help on the Web If you canÆt find the answer you need in Help, and you have Internet access, click Web Help in the Help pane. A Help topic appears containing links to resources on the Web. Click a link such as Microsoft Money Web site, Frequently Asked Questions, or Online Support. Or, type ôHow do I get Help?ö in the Ask Money box to get a list of the various ways to get help with Money.
