Your Money file contains private information about your investments, bills, budget, and taxes. If others have access to your computer and you do not want them to see your Money file, protect it with a password.

You can create a regular password that works just with your Money file. Or, if you have a Microsoft Passport, you can use that as your Money password. Using a Passport with your Money file gives you additional versatility when working with Money and the Web. You can receive automatic updates from the Web and rapid access to MoneySide.
