You can easily create a tax report to refer to while completing your tax forms, to give to your tax accountant, or to simply file with your tax papers for the year. Choose from the following tax reports:
- Tax-Related Transactions. Transactions from your accounts that may affect your income taxes.
- Capital Gains. Capital gains or losses from sales of non-retirement investment accounts.
- Loan Interest. Your total interest expense on a loan for each year.
- Tax Software Report. Your tax-related information in a format you can export to a tax preparation program or print and use to complete your tax forms.
To create a tax report
- On the Taxes menu, click Tax Reports.
- Click the tax report you want, and then click Go to Report/Chart.
- To print the report, click Print this report in the left pane, and then click OK (see Figure 5-6).
