Formulas and Conversions

Coolcalc comes with some pre-made formula and conversion screens for common calculations. Once you become proficient in programming Coolcalc, you can add your own as well. Here's a description of the pre-defined screens on this page:

Metric Conversions

• Temperature: convert between Celsius and Farenheit.
• Distance: convert inches, feet and miles to centimeters, meters and kilometers.
• Weight: convert from grams and kilograns to pounds and ounces.

Money

• Time Value: Calculate how much an investment will be worth given an interest rate and time.
• Loans: Calculate monthly payments given an interest rate, an amount, and the duration of the loan.
