Por arriba gris oscuro, con las partes ventrales anaranjado rojizo. Tama±o: 25 cm.; peso: 82 g. Audio 3 (M. Oberle). Anida en gran parte de la zona templada de AmΘrica del Norte, invernando mayormente en los Estados Unidos contiguos y MΘxico. En el invierno es una especie rara en las Antillas occidentales. A menudo los avistamientos en Puerto Rico han resultado ser Zorzales Patirrojos con polen rojizo en el vientre. Aun asφ, esta especie puede ocurrir en Puerto Rico.
