The Notecard has a place for:

Type any information you’d like to save with your quilt design.
The Notecard information will be saved when you click on the X button in the upper-right corner.
Quilt Notecard
To create a notecard for
your quilt, position the mouse directly over the quilt. Right-click and choose
Notecard from the context menu.
