As many visitors will already be aware, a while back I experienced some real legal difficulties with the running of my site (you see the good intentioned authorities always seem to want to kill knowledge sites rather than the zillions of crack repositories). This page and statement is designed therefore to redress that balance. All visitors to this site MUST accept the following terms and conditions before accessing my tutorials (claiming to be unaware of this prominent disclaimer is not a valid excuse).
If you object to any of these terms, use your browsers back button facility and never visit my site again, I am after all not forcing my knowledge/research down your throat. Contrary to what you may think, this disclaimer protects the rights of software authors as well as my own.
As a visitor you may NOT:
i) ...use any of the information provided for personal profit or any other illegal activities as specified in the respective software's license agreement, in short you may not go out and crack all the programs featured on my site and keep them without respecting the rights granted under copyright laws to the software author. However copyright holders must accept that I cannot be held responsible if visitors choose to behave in this manner, in reality this isn't the case, they'll go instead to some deplorable "cracks" site or UseNet rather than risk learning anything.
ii) ...use any of the information provided as the basis for instigating legal action against myself, my hosts ISP or any other tutorial authors whose works may grace my page. Please understand that I DO NOT and WILL NOT crack any programs for anyone, I am firmly committed to supporting software authors, however I will contest any attempts at censorship.
iii) ...amend/modify/use any of the example patchs/source codes provided for illegal purposes, there is not a legal grey area, apply the patch/compile the source code, examine it, then restore the backup or unregister, if that isn't acceptable don't download. In fact, with my recent update I believe there are no longer any patchs on my entire site.
iv) ...invite, encourage or otherwise promote the use of illegal software (my site does NOT do this), I also do not link to any pirated material.
v) ...distribute any of the tutorials on this site in a modified form (this includes, but is not restricted too, books, e-magazines, newsletters, personal websites, tutorial compilations), copyright of individual documents is retained by the author.
If you are unhappy in anyway then please e-mail me (the webmaster) at crackz__@hotmail.com. Any issues regarding this disclaimer will receive my priority attention. I think most software authors who have e-mailed me have found me to be a reasonable person (in some cases I will comply with any appropriate request, note that none of my tutorials contain any serial numbers).
