Thanks for trying out NetFortune!  NetFortune 
is a 1 to 4 player word guessing game
that is a cross between roulette and hangman.  
Players guess phrases from a 700+ phrase database 
that assures you never get the same one twice 
(unless you have seen all of the phrases).  
The winner of all the regular rounds gets to go on 
to a bonus round for a chance to increase their 
score and win exciting prizes.

NetFortune can be played over the internet, modem, 
IPX/SPX network and through direct serial connection.

NOTE:

Netfortune requires you have a least directx 3.0 
installed on you machine in order to operate.
DirectX is used for many multimedia programs 
available today and will be a part of the upcomming
windows 98, lets you run cool internet plugins
and is a generally a must have.  You can download
version 5.0+ at:

Requirements:

-Operating systems supported:
     Windows 95: Must have directX installed
   OR
     Windows NT 4.0: Must Service Pack 3 installed

-Minimum resolution of 800x600
-16Bit color display
-Pentium PC
-8 MB RAM
-Sound Card (optional)
-Modem (optional)

If you experience problems with online play, it could
be because you don't have the proper directx version
on your computer.

Shareware:
~~~~~~~~~~
NetFortune is shareware.  This means that you may use 
the program for 30 days to see if you like it.  After the 
30 days are up, you can either purchase the program or 
delete it from your harddrive.  This trial version of 
NetFortune will only work for 30 days after this the
program will switch out of trial mode and you will no 
longer be able to play.
