Opportunity Management System - OMS

The DSS Opportunity Management System (OMS) module represents the most comprehensive opportunity and sales tracking system available today. A sales representative can easily identify and collect key information related to product interest, quotes, and purchase decisions and in turn leads to shorter sales cycles. OMS integrates with our Sales Information Response System (SIRS) to track every activity related to a specific opportunity and can quickly highlight the steps needed to complete a sale. Clients can incorporate a ôselling templateö to ensure the correct course of action is taken with each sales opportunity identified. Powerful roll-up features give management a clear picture of sales activity throughout the company or within a single opportunity.

Remote Host Communication - RHC

The DSS Remote Host Communication module allows clients to connect their remote field or branch office operations to a host Sales Information Response System (SIRS) site. RHC is designed to identify data which has changed and transmit the new data to a host site. Sales leads, quotes and new client information can easily be shared with authorized personnel in the field. Remote users transmit sales progress, meeting notes and expense data with every transmission to home office. RHC is designed to synchronize data at all sites to ensure database integrity.

Sales Force Automation - SFA

The DSS Sales Force Automation (SFA) represents the latest in sales technology available today. The SFA module features the newest and most advanced graphical interfaces. Users can easily access a wide range of prospect/client information to ensure the correct response for every situation. The SFA module lies on top of a very sophisticated data structure that ensures each key piece of information is captured and saved in a very logical location. Users can take advantage of our RHC and OMS modules to create a powerful database marketing team linked seamlessly with the home or branch office. By using the latest technologies, DSS ensures easy integration with other currently installed software products.

Telemarketing & Lead Generation

The DSS Telemarketing/Lead Generation module lets you qualify and update prospect/client information that assist your company in turning leads into sales. This module steers the user through the lead qualification process by supporting multiple scripts capability, automated dialing, the ability to track lead sources and types, and controlling/tracking marketing projects and activities. Nurtured leads can then be channeled to appropriate sales or telesales groups. Literature fulfillment is simple with integration to word processors such as Microsoft Word.

Customer Support System - CSS

The DSS Customer Support System (CSS) module is designed to manage and track all aspects of your help desk facility. CSS features a sophisticated problem tracking profile that allows you to easily record and assign incoming calls to a specific support person or product queue. A complete customer profile is maintained, including contract and service agreements, for easy reference. CSS ensures effective responsiveness through problem resolution libraries, client-defined escalation, and automatic notification of new calls pending. A wide range of search capabilities and multiple timers are included to track all responses for reporting and billing purposes. CSS integrates with the SIRS sales modules to deliver a complete customer management system.
