Tracking exported media

A new SAM-FS process (the historian) is introduced with this release that provides tracking of all media that has been used by SAM-FS and has been unloaded or exported out of a media changer. Previous to this release, when a piece of removable media was unloaded or exported from the media changer all knowledge of that media was lost. With SAM-FS 3.1, all information about the media is stored in the historians catalog. Also, SAM-FS 3.1 can be set to run in attended/unattended mode which controls how SAM-FS responds to requests for media not currently mounted or present in a media changer.
