bdf2vf - convert BDF format to vfont format

SYNOPSIS

bdf2vf vffile < bdffile

DESCRIPTION

Bdf2vf converts the BDF file on stdin to vfont format.

DIAGNOSTICS

No error recovery in parser, just quits.

BUGS

Vfont format can only handle glyphs smaller than 127 per side. Sun vfont glyphs is 16-bit word aligned. I haven't provided for this. Hack it yourself.
