[i]ntercept This army will intercept a nearby army. Intercept
raises the move cost in the area, and then (over the update) the army
will move to any adjacent square where an enemy army might be located.
This is quite powerful, since you don't have to defend each square;
but you should be careful because intercepts can be decoyed.
Intercept will also move the army to intercept a flying enemy army,
once it has landed. But the increased move cost will not apply to flying
enemy armies unless the intercepting army wields missiles (for
example, archers). See the description of army flags.
