NAME

CheckManifest - Check the manifest from a posting against the delivered files.

SYNOPSIS

CheckManifest [ manifest-file ]

DESCRIPTION

CheckManifest is a C-shell script that checks the files in the current directory against a manifest. The manifest is sought in files named MANIFEST or Manifest. Optionally, the manifest-file may be specified on the command line.

OPTIONS

manifest-file
Overrides default file name.

DIAGNOSTICS

file-name not delivered.

FILES

MANIFEST
Default name for manifest file.
Manifest
Another default name for manifest file.

BUGS

The manifest file format is not standardized. Confusion may result. Not a Bourne shell script (sorry). Would probably be better as a perl script.
