6th Liniya, 11 1764-80. Architect A.Viest The cathedral is designed in a style transitional from Baroque to Classicism and stands out for an intricate plan composition. The semicircular shape of the apse is repeated in the southern and northern facades. A two-tier belfry is attached to the refectory, that is topped with a spire. The main volume is topped with five elongated domes on high polyhedral drums. In 1848-1850s the cathedral had the side chapels attached to it, that changed the original composition (architect N.Grebionka). Inside, the carved wooden iconostasis has remained.
