Architect Ye.Vorotilov The three Russian National Library buildings are an integral part of the Ostrovskogo Square.Of the interiors that have remained intact in the old building the Gothic Room (The Faust Study) is of interest (architect I.Gornostayev, 1857). The decor of the room reproduces a typical decor of the 15th-century library chamber.
