Establishment of "St.Petersburg Construction Committee". The city limits are extended 
up to
the Fontanka river. The town is divided into 5 administrative parts: Admiraltejskaya, 
Vasilievskaya, Peterburgskaya, Moskovskaya and Litejnaya.  The map of the town is 
put together.
