        This file is for BBS SysOps wishing to become Official Lucida 
Distribution Sites.  We guarantee you virus free direct uploads straight from 
our headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA.  We call your board, usually during the
night when long distance costs are at a minimum, and upload the files 
straight to your board, leaving you an email on the way out informing you of 
the new files.

        Except for 412, your board will be ONLY site in your area code we 
will consider the "Official" site.  Your board will be the only one in its 
area code to receive an "adline" at the end of our future demos and in our 
shareware games' documentation.  We only accept one board from each area 
code, so if there already is a site in your area code, you need not complete 
this form.
