People outside Germany now register via BMT Micro.
Please read 'REGISTER.WRI' resp. 'BMTMICRO.TXT'.

System-Requirements:
ŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻ
  - an IBM-compatible PC with a 386 processor at least
  - MS-Windows Version 3.1 or higher or WinOS/2 Version 2.11 or higher.
  - 900Kbytes of disk space, the full installation (with examples and the 
    manual) needs 3MByte of free disk space.

Because LoKon runs under MS-Windows, there are no more requirements necessary.
A solution of 800x600 with 16 colours is recommended.

Installation:

    - run SETUP.EXE under Windows.

Registration:

Use BMT Micro to register outside of Germany.
