Sorry, but you can not read Java Applets. You need either Netscape or Internet Explorer. If you are using one of these browsers, you need to have Java enabled.

If you move the mouse over the applet, you will see in the status bar of your browser "Registration Form". That's telling you what the applet is about or what the link is for. Otherwise you will see the status bar saying that this applet is not registered. When you register it will no longer display that message. If you have more than one Goetz's Marquee applet going on the page at one time, the mouse over the applet will not work properly unless registered. That is because one of the other applets will be attempting to write the unregistered message to the status bar. When registered it will work fine with multiple applets on the page at once.
