WebTabs is a sophisticated bookmark manager and Web agent that 
helps you to organize your use of the World-Wide Web. With full support 
for annotations and cross-references, it is much more than a list 
of bookmarks --- it is a bibliographic database for sites and sounds. 
WebTabs works directly with Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer to 
track the sites you visit and to re-visit those sites. 
Hot and cold lists help to tell you when pages are updated.
Import and export mean that WebTabs integrates into your existing environment.

	* Cross-reference folders or bookmarks using user-defined relationships.
	* Supports unlimited searching of your collections.
	* Supports both public and private annotations on bookmarks
	* Defines a "watch list" to automatically update bookmark attributes.
	* Supports bookmarks that are either document URLs or search strings.
	* Imports Netscape and Internet Explorer bookmark files.
	* Exports information as NetScape bookmark files, HTML, or comma-delimited text.

   + Windows 95 or Windows NT (3.51, 4.0)
   + 16M of RAM (more preferred)
   + Web Browser

	Fixes:
		Correctly sets input focus to Folder view on start-up.
		Fixed glitch that resulted in not being	able to edit
			annotations after deactivating, then reactivating WebTabs.
		Improved support for using multiple bookmark files.
		Revised interface to editing URLs, fixing a problem where
		  the URL protocol was getting lost in the process.

		Minor user interface and installer fixes.
